How to order with us

 

  • You can add your items to your cart.Once you have decided on your items you can go to your cart.
  • Hit check out and follow instructions,you will then be able to choose your delivery option,as well as payment option.Go ahead with payment.
Processing time

Orders placed on our website have a 1-3 working day processing time for smaller items and 2-5 working days for larger items.Our business days run from Monday to Friday.
IMPORTANT NOTICE- We do offer rush order handling as an extra service,should you require your parcel asap- please contact us at info@starchildinc.co.za

Tracking your order online

You will receive a email with your tracking number to track your order online.

Cancelling your order

We would be sad to to see you go, but you are able to cancel your order,if payment has not been made or if cancellation has been approved by us. You need to email us ASAP should you wish to cancel your order with us. Please make sure about your products before making payment.

Custom orders

We love creating amazing pieces, so we do have the option of custom orders. Email us at info@starchildinc.co.za should you have an idea of something you would want, we will do your best to accommodate you, for the most past we could do it.
After deciding on price and logistics we will need a 50% deposit before production,also we will gladly accept full payment.

Domestic shipping ( shipping in South Africa)

Courier to main cities:

If you live in or around a main city, we offer delivery to your door at R99.
This option includes a tracking number which you can then use to track your parcel online.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Delivery time – Cape Town / 1-2 working days
Jhb, Durban and other main cities 1-3 working days.

Courier to outlying and rural areas:

If you live outside the main city or a farm, we have you covered.
We offer delivery to outlying areas at R99 delivered to your door.

Once dispatched your order will order will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

International shipping

Shipping via courier:

Drop us an email at info@starchildinc.co.za and we will answer all your shipping-related questions you may have, concerning location and cost.

Important notice about shipping!

We are not responsible for late delivery on parcels via courier or post office.
Make sure the adress provided will have someone to accept your parcel,as failure to deliver will result in a longer waiting time.

Payment options

Payfast

We utilise payfast as our main payment gateway for safe secure payments.

EFT/ bank deposit
If you prefer doing a eft or bank deposit,after checking out online, banking details will be shared with you to enable you to complete payment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If choosing the eft and atm deposit option, proof of payment must be emailed to us at sales@starchildinc.co.za in order to process your order. It is also important that your order number be used as reference for your payment.If those steps are not followed, we will have trouble tracking your payment which could affect delivery.

Wholesale options

We offer wholesale options, the options would depend on units purchased and total order value.

Returns policy

We do not have a returns policy,it however stated that goods bought from us will be refunded if you are unhappy with your item, it has to be done after 10 days for domestic clients and 30 days for international clients.
Items need to be in original packaging, tags still intact and in original state it was sent in.
We will not accept goods in otherwise state,also courier costs will be the responsibility of the client and not Starchild.

Terms and conditions

By purchasing through our website, you as a customer,automatically agrees with and will adhere to our Ts & Cs.
Please check all other sections,including this section,before making a purchase.
We reserve the right to alter our website description,prices and all other information without prior notice.
We try to make sure all our images are to the best standards,there may be some variations with colour and texture. Should you be unsure of this, please drop as a mail at info@starchildinc.co.za
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once in the hands of the couriers/postal service.
We will not be held responsible for any shipping that is taking longer than expected,we will however do our best to assist in this matter.
Shipping times may vary and are only an estimate of when your parcel will arrive.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns for an exchange or credit.
No exchanges or credit will be issued if the item/items has been received within 10 days for domestic items and 30 days for international of the order being placed,in its original packaging,no proof of payment has been sent and it is damaged.
